Gazi Wellness was founded by franchise operations executives, FBCs and computer vision researchers who were tired of audits that started arguments instead of fixing stores.
The inefficiency we set out to remove.
Franchise field consultants spend their evenings cropping photos into Word documents, and franchisees dispute findings they have never seen evidence for. Audits happen less often than the manual requires, and most violations are never verified as fixed.
Founder Aryan started Gazi Wellness with Priyanka Menon, a computer vision researcher from IISc Bengaluru, to build a system where the photo is the finding, the manual is the rubric and nothing closes without proof. Gazi Wellness is headquartered in Nashik, Maharashtra, with engineering in Bengaluru and a customer team that supports US franchise systems on Central time.
Today 38 franchise systems use Gazi Wellness across 3,140 locations.
Operating principles
Objective before opinionated
Every finding carries a photo and a manual citation. If we cannot show it, we do not score it.
Coach, don't police
We remove paperwork so FBCs spend their time helping franchisees run better stores.
Humans make the call
Vision AI proposes; consultants decide. Overrides are a feature, not a failure.
Built for the walk-in
Field software must work in basements, freezers and rural lots, so offline is the default.
Evidence is sacred
Timestamps, GPS and hashes are never editable, by customers or by us.
