Many franchisors already run development, franchisee records and field operations inside FranConnect. The integration treats FranConnect as the system of record for who owns which location and which Franchise Business Consultant covers it, so Gazi Wellness never asks your team to maintain a second roster by hand.

Gazi Wellness adds the photo evidence, Vision AI scoring and Corrective Action Plan workflow on top of that record. After each audit is signed off, the overall score, zone scores, critical findings and open CAP count are written back to the location in FranConnect, so operations leaders who live in FranConnect see current compliance without opening a second tool.

Connection method
Scheduled sync through the FranConnect API using credentials issued by your FranConnect administrator, with field mapping configured by the Gazi Wellness success team. Enterprise plans can add near-real-time updates through webhooks where your FranConnect configuration supports them.

Setup timeline
