Gazi Wellness + Toast

Read store roster, daypart sales and order timing from Toast to correlate brand compliance scores with sales and speed of service, without storing franchisee financials client-side.

<->Toast logo

Toast runs point of sale for a large share of US restaurant locations, including many franchised concepts. When a franchisor has access to location-level Toast data, it can answer a question operations leaders ask often: do stores that score higher on brand standards also sell more and serve faster?

Gazi Wellness reads aggregated sales by daypart and order timing for each mapped location and stores only the aggregates it needs for analytics on the server. Nothing about franchisee financials is cached on phones or in the browser. Executive Analytics then plots compliance score against sales trend and speed of service by region, franchisee and FBC territory.

Connection method
Read-only access through Toast APIs, enabled for your restaurant group by your Toast administrator, or scheduled report exports where API access is not available. Data is aggregated by location, day and daypart before storage.

Toast integration questions

No. Only daily totals by daypart and average timing are stored. Ticket-level and guest data are not retained.

The analytics show correlation, not cause. They help FBCs prioritize coaching where both scores and sales are lagging.
