Field audit & tasking · Crunchtime
Gazi Wellness + Zenput
Bring Zenput checklist templates and results into Gazi Wellness, and keep daily store-level task checklists in Crunchtime while Gazi Wellness handles brand standards audits and CAPs.
Zenput, part of Crunchtime since 2022, is widely used by restaurant operators for daily food safety checklists, line checks and store task execution. Those daily routines and a brand standards audit program solve different problems, and many systems keep both.
Gazi Wellness imports historical Zenput audit results and templates during migration so nothing is lost. After that, Zenput or Crunchtime can keep owning daily store tasks, while Gazi Wellness runs FBC store walks, Vision AI photo scoring and photo-verified CAPs. Failed audit items that need a daily habit can be handed back as recurring tasks.
- Historical import from Zenput exports, with ongoing exchange through the vendor's API where your account has API access, or scheduled file exchange. Webhooks from Gazi Wellness notify your Crunchtime workflow when a CAP needs a recurring store task.
- Field audit & tasking
- Zenput or Crunchtime admin who can export templates and results
- API access on your Crunchtime account for ongoing exchange (optional)
- Agreement on store identifiers across systems

Bidirectional workflow
- 01Separate the jobsDaily line checks stay in Zenput; quarterly and monthly brand standards walks move to Gazi Wellness.
- 02Import historyPast audit results load so the first Gazi Wellness report shows each store's trend.
- 03Audit finds a habit problemAn FBC fails cold holding at 45°F; Gazi Wellness opens a 24-hour CAP with photo proof required.
- 04Habit goes back to daily tasksThe CAP also requests a recurring temperature log in the daily checklist tool so the fix sticks.
Setup timeline
