Equipment wear and safety
Rowers, bikes, treadmills, reformers and weights take heavy use in back-to-back classes. Worn straps, loose bolts or torn upholstery cause injuries and need a documented inspection and repair routine.
Fitness concept guide
Boutique studios sell a branded class experience in a small space with a tight schedule. Gazi Wellness audits equipment condition, cleanliness between classes, emergency readiness and front desk sales standards so every studio delivers the class members were promised.
Rowers, bikes, treadmills, reformers and weights take heavy use in back-to-back classes. Worn straps, loose bolts or torn upholstery cause injuries and need a documented inspection and repair routine.
A short turnaround between classes leaves little time to wipe equipment, mats and touchpoints. Members notice sweat, smell and dirty locker rooms faster than almost anything else.
An AED where the system requires one, a stocked first aid kit, clear exits and staff who know the emergency plan are basic expectations in a high-exertion setting. These items are rarely visible until the day they are needed.
Membership sales, freezes and cancellations must follow the brand's scripts and the consumer protection rules that apply in each state. Inconsistent practices lead to complaints that reach the franchisor and reviews that reach prospects.

Most of it can. Consultants walk the lobby, locker rooms and back office during class, then inspect the studio floor and equipment in the gap between sessions. The checklist is ordered to follow that flow.
No. The checklist confirms that staff follow the brand's approved sales and cancellation process and use current approved forms. Whether those forms meet state law is a question for the franchisor's counsel.
Damaged equipment is marked critical, which opens a 24-hour CAP and asks the studio to photograph the item tagged out of service. The CAP closes when a photo shows the repair or replacement.
