Invisible service quality
Work happens after hours with no guest watching. Without regular site inspections, a client's first signal of a problem is often a cancellation notice.
Commercial Services concept guide
Commercial cleaning franchises deliver their service inside client buildings, often at night, so the franchisor rarely sees the work. Gazi Wellness gives franchisees and the franchisor a site inspection with photos and scores the client can see, plus checks on chemical safety, security and staff standards.
Work happens after hours with no guest watching. Without regular site inspections, a client's first signal of a problem is often a cancellation notice.
Concentrates diluted into unlabeled spray bottles and missing safety data sheets fall short of OSHA hazard communication expectations and put workers at risk. Dispensing systems and labeled secondary containers prevent most of these findings.
Cleaning crews hold keys, badges and alarm codes for client buildings. Lost keys, propped doors or unarmed alarms are a serious breach of client trust and can end a contract.
Restrooms, break rooms and touchpoints are where clients judge the service. In healthcare or other settings with potential exposure to blood, OSHA bloodborne pathogens requirements also apply to the crew.

Franchisees can share a branded inspection report with each client, showing scores and photos for their site. The franchisor decides which fields appear on client-facing reports.
The inspector completes the checklist on the mobile app during or after the shift. Each photo carries its capture time and location, so the client and franchisor can see when the site was checked.
Franchisors can add zones and items for specialized sites, such as clinical areas, and apply them only to accounts tagged with that facility type. The base checklist stays the same for standard office accounts.
