Franchisors on Microsoft 365 usually run field communication in Teams. Gazi Wellness posts the audit events that need attention into the channels your regional directors and FBCs already watch.

Each message carries the store, finding, photo thumbnail and CAP deadline, and links back to Gazi Wellness where role permissions apply. Sign-in uses your Microsoft Entra ID tenant, so the same identity controls both tools on Enterprise plans.
